Yoga Classes
At InSpirit Urban Retreat we offer a range of mindful yoga and meditation classes - Each of which are designed to lead you into a still and uplifted space within.
We suggest you arrive to your class 10 minutes early to give you time to sign in, relax and consciously enter the space. If you are unable to attend a class, please de-register as places are limited and another yogi may wish to attend.
Please note that all bookings made via the website are for Sarah’s classes only. If you are interested in attending one of our other fabulous teacher’s classes, please contact them directly from the information below.
