Yoga Classes

At InSpirit Urban Retreat we offer a range of mindful yoga and meditation classes - Each of which are designed to lead you into a still and uplifted space within.

We suggest you arrive to your class 10 minutes early to give you time to sign in, relax and consciously enter the space. If you are unable to attend a class, please de-register as places are limited and another yogi may wish to attend. 

Please note that all bookings made via the website are for Sarah’s classes only. If you are interested in attending one of our other fabulous teacher’s classes, please contact them directly from the information below.

gentle flow with Sarah

Gentle flow classes guide you through a gentle, restorative and peaceful Hatha yoga practice, that ease the body and mind of it’s stress and tension. Completing this beautifully, grounding practice, Sarah always finishes with uplifting and insightful readings and poetry, to leave you feeling empowered and inspired. Let go of the day that has been, and immerse yourself fully in the present moment. Come, join Sarah in a gentle flow class this week!

hatha Flow with Sarah

Hatha flow classes offer an opportunity to observe and expand your awareness of the interplay of your mind and body; through hatha flow sequences, that challenge one’s strength, balance and flexibility. The inner stillness which is developed through the addition of breath work while you practice, then becomes a constancy, that begins the ripple effect of upliftment through your life .

gentle Yoga Flow with Sharon

Under Sharon’s gentle and caring guidance, you will be introduced to a range of simple, accessible and inspiring yoga practices that will immerse you in the pure joy that mindful movement brings.

Yin and Flow with Sinead

YIN - Surrender to the stillness within, as Sinead leads you through a gentle Yin practice consisting of a series of floor based poses, that allow the fascia of the body to release it’s deep seated tension and the mind to let go of it’s grip on all that no longer serves.

Monday evenings at 7pm - 8pm

FLOW - Find your flow through a fluid Vinyasa practice that shifts stagnation from the body and inertia from the mind. You will leave feeling revitalised and uplifted.
