Sarah’s journey has taken her through a life filled with transformative teachings, powerful teachers and huge doses of love.

The vision of InSpirit Urban Retreat started to formulate while studying the ancient practices and teachings of Ayurveda in 2006, then became more refined while studying Yoga several years later.

Sarah’s vision was of an urban sanctuary, accessible for people who lead busy lives and who seek a place to retreat on a regular basis, to rediscover the still, quiet space within and feel the sense of empowerment that awareness of one’s true self brings.

InSpirit Urban retreat is a sanctuary honouring the authentic teachings of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda.

Sharon Spencer is a mother, yoga & meditation teacher, writer, musician, and passionate home practice advocate.

For over 10 years, Sharon has shared her passion for yoga and meditation with students of all ages and walks of life, in a range of studio, corporate and educational settings.  Sharon sensitively engages her students in a welcoming space and skilfully weaves ancient wisdom with modern insight through healthy yoga and somatic movement, breath practices, mindfulness, mantra, meditation and accessible philosophy in a relevant and practical way.

sinead howard

yoga teacher

Sinead is a yoga and meditation teacher.

Slow flow Vinyasa yoga synchronises movement with our breath to allow students to find steadiness and ease in the posture whilst creating the balance between strength, flexibility, and release. Vinyasa yoga allows us to cultivate balance on and off the mat, helping us to alleviate muscular tension and leave each class feeling aligned and wonderful.


As a yoga teacher, Sinead seeks to inspire people by giving her authentic self to all her classes, and believes in giving students the space in their practice to explore all possibilities, and to take this learning off the mat and into their everyday lives. This gentle class is recommended for all and brings a wonderful feeling of relaxation and equilibrium to the mind, body and spirit.
